President/Mechanical Engineer

Darcy is the Founder and CEO of Carbone & Associates, LLC. She is a Graduate Engineer with experience as an HVAC design engineer, commissioning professional, and equipment manufacturer representative for more than 18-years. For the past 13 years she has held the position as a Sales Engineer promoting and selling HVAC equipment including variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system solutions and other major pieces of HVAC infrastructure technology. Darcy is an active member of ASHRAE, Past President of the Boston Chapter, ASHRAE Regional and Society level. She has received numerous prestigious awards for her hard work and dedication and has been recognized in 2020 as one of the “20 to Watch: Women in HVAC by Engineered Systems magazine.
